Employment Assistance Program

Romina provides Employment Assistance Programs (EAP) for small to medium-sized organizations Australia-wide. We can provide immediate confidential counseling to support your employees. The advantage of our EAP is that there is no obligation or ongoing long-term contract and we charge on a per-session basis. Romina can assist you in tailoring your Employee Assistance Program to suit the specific needs of your organization.

The primary objective of our EAP is designed to enhance the emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of your employees. Every employee’s mental and physical health is critical to their workplace performance which has a direct bearing on their productivity.

The aim is to provide early intervention which in turn enables us to identify any issues at an early stage. Identification and /or resolution of both work and personal problems that may negatively affect performance and well-being. These problems and issues may include but are not limited to, issues at work, communication problems, relationship, trauma, financial and legal problems, and other psychiatric disorders such as Depression and Anxiety.

At the conclusion of the EAP, your employees can continue to receive Romina’s counseling privately or through a medicare referral.
